Automated manufacturing line

Automated production line consists of a series of workstations connected by a transfer system to move parts between the stations. Each station performs specific processing operation in sequenced and coordinated way, so the part or product is constructed stepwise as it goes along the line. Automated lines are controlled by a computer and are programmed to make millions of product units in their lifetime.

Automated packing of candy bags in transport boxes


The automated packaging device packs candy bars (80, 90, 100, and 200 grams) into transport boxes. It is a separate system consisting of conveyor belt, box opening device, and place where the box is being filled. Entire operating machine is synchronized with device to which it is connected. Selection of bags in box is defined by number on display.


System is managed by Siemens PLC-7200 with its touch panel. Such a packaging system can be used to pack various types of products, and its features are quality and accuracy.



Automatic installation of handles on water tanks


System consists of vibro sensor, guide system and system for precisely aligning handles for proper installation. Sensor is used to automatically deliver handles in installation system which ensures complete autonomy. Transporter supplies bottles of water to automatically incorporate handles.

Machine insures constant supply of handles to mounting position and their correct orientation.

Cartoning and palletizing

Palletizing involves stacking boxes or cases on pallets for transportation by fork lifts. One of the challenges of palletizing is weaving together the cartons on the pallet so that they form a stable, interleaved structure.


Automated robotic palletizers acquire higher speed, higher throughput, better control of the robot or gantry that's doing the palletization, and better handling of the product.


Palletizing and transportation 


System consists of pallet lifters, conveyor rollers and automatic pallet wraper.

Pallet lifter ensures position of a pallet in ideal position for worker to place radiator on the pallet manually. Descending is done after order is completed. After finishing the pallet, automatic conveyors dispatch it to wrapper, and then to storage.


System is controlled by Siemens PLC in combination with frequency regulators that ensure speed and quality of transported pallets.

Advantage of our system is individual manufacture of conveyor belts and other parts of the process.

Development and installation of fully automated palletizing lines


Line consists of

  • input part for proper box supply and preparation
  • pallet positions (three-way pallet elevator for proper rotation and positioning of pallet boxes on servo-controlled pallets)
  • empty pallet cartridge
  • paper cartridge for placing between boxes
  • associated roller conveyors for pallet delivery and/or dispatch
  • and wrapping foil.


System provides fully automated pallet transport to the place of dispatch. An option is to connect to a high-volume warehouse system that enables a complete automatic process from production to warehouse.

Computer vision control

Optical quality control is modern technology based on a computer video analysis in real time and supplied with one or more intregrated cameras.

It has many abilities such as recognition of product defects and material deviations, automated separation of faulty parts, control and precise measuring.


Computer vision is efficient even in the most difficult conditions, such as inspection of the smallest components lesser than  1x1x1mm dimensions.

  • Optic inspection 


Machine is designed to do optical check of sequence accuracy and number stamp as well as the hologram precision.


  • Optical quality control on a rotary printing machine


System is installed on a rotary printing machine that prints serial numbers on arches. It is equipped with line cameras that record subject and examine sequence accuracy as well as the accuracy of the prints of each number. Additionally, the system examines whether there is a damage to hologram.


Operator has an overview of all errors that came up as well as quick positioning to the error location. There is option to record only the wrong number as well as recording entire bad lap.

If the system fails at a certain number, that number can be added as correct and program will no longer recognize it as an error but as a designated number.

Optical control of SMD elements


Existing optical control systems of SMD components have been upgraded with six inudstrial cameras to perform quality control of the components.

Automated packaging machine and optical quality inspection of PTC ceramic components


Machine is intended for viewing ceramic PTC elements. The elements are delivered from metal carriers that are inserted into machine's entrance. Empty carriers are transported horizontally to another lift and machine is emptied without interruption.

Vacuum arm takes items in a row and places them on a moving belt. Moving belts go through three cameras that check front and back sides, and mantle of cylindrical element.  Bad elements are released into three plastic boxes depending on side where the damage occurred.

Superpositioning and bin picking

Robotic bin-picking is a solution of grasping objects placed randomly in a bin and moving them to a desired location one by one.

The goal is to have a robot with sensors and cameras attached to it to pick-up known objects with random poses out of a bin using a suction gripper, parallel gripper, or other kind of a robot end effector.

Triaxil computer-driven machine for automatic component installation (round and linear)


System is used to mount components by default dxf template with additional camera position correction and working height of laser and camera combination.


Accuracy of component position being installed is ensured. The xyz positioning system is controlled by servo drives operated by electronics and PC software developed specifically for such a system.

By entering the dxf template and defining null points, a complete automated component installation system is obtained. Camera ensures accuracy of positioning and drilling holes due to possible errors. The vibration transmitter at punched machine site ensures constant and automatic delivery and accurate orientation of mounting components.

Machine works in fully automated operation, which means it requires minimal operator effort. Machine dimensions are defined by the size of desired plate.

Robotic arm

Robot manipulators have primarily been used for dealing with bio-hazardous or radioactive materials, or in an inaccessible places.

Today, they are extensively used in the industrial manufacturing sector for moving objects in many directions. It can be said that their main function is to be the right hand for humans.

CNC drill for large formats


System is used for easy drilling and punching of various rasters set via PC. It consists of a XYZ servo system, drilling and cropping engine (water cooled up to 12000 rpm), emulsion tank and emulsion pumps, and combination control of a PC-> PLC. By pulling the multilayer DXF template into the PC management program, required drilling template and thread engagement are defined. By choosing desired layer, machine automatically sets itself to desired mode (drilling/cropping).

Digitalization

Digitalization is the process of combining digital technologies and information in order to transform business operations to be more economic, efficient, productive, and to require less money and time spent.


Apart from automation, telemetry takes a big part in digitalization.


It is a highly automated communication process that uses radio transmission to send informations. It's function is to monitor, display, and record data which enables applications to supervise power plants, manage smart buildings, gather meteorological and environmental data, monitor space flights, space stations, and others.

Remote monitoring and temperature control


Remote control and heating/cooling system of strictly controlled place. It consists of a thermoregulator and an electronic device that communicates over a bluetooth protocol with a remote computer that has a software program installed for that purpose. Programs on PC are very easy to set parameters from the highest and lowest possible room temperature. Electronics charge heating or cooling as needed.

In case of an error on the executive units, user is promptly informed by audio and visual signals projected on display and as a pop-up window on the PC display. Each alarm and temperature change is downloaded to a special file with associated date and time of event for better system control.

Advantage of this kind of system is wireless control of measured size in dislocated locations.
